2019 “Spring Series” Classes

Claudia Law, Art Quilter and Instructor, has chosen the beautiful and historic Oak Street Station B&B, in Ashland, OR, as the venue for her Art Quilt classes in January, February and March, 2019.

ABOUT CLAUDIA LAW
Claudia has been teaching all types of quilting, for over a decade. She’s taught in quilt shops in Oregon and California, for quilters guilds, and one-on-one with individuals or small groups in her home studio. Claudia’s passion is for designing and making Art Quilts, and teaching others the joy of creating these texturally rich and colorfully vivid works of art. The Art Quilt classes Claudia will be teaching in this series are based on her original designs.
Also offered in this “Spring Series”, are classes on Celtic Knots (ancient interlace designs) and Sashiko (Traditional  Japanese hand stitching), both of which Claudia loves, and has also taught for years. These designs give students the chance to perfect their hand stitching techniques.

ABOUT THE CLASSES
All of these designs have been offered as projects in past classes, and at  Claudia’s annual Nature’s Landscape Art Quilt Retreats. The 2019 September Nature’s Landscape Art Quilt Retreat will again be at Big-K Guest Ranch, near Elkton, Oregon.
